The perspective I bring

A creative background. A people-centred approach.

I have spent more than a decade working in creative environments, gradually moving from specialist practice into leadership roles with increasing responsibility for people, processes and organisational collaboration.

Working with international, multidisciplinary teams has shaped how I approach leadership: combining professional expertise with clarity, trust, accountability and a genuine interest in people’s development.

Over time, my work has expanded beyond creative delivery into capability building, operational improvement, cross-functional collaboration and supporting teams through organisational change.

My academic background in social and organisational psychology, together with professional coaching training and practice, informs the way I listen, question, facilitate and support development.
